Job Description The Network Optimization Specialist oversees key strategic and tactical areas within the supply chain and logistics landscape. This role is responsible for gathering logistics data, monitoring distribution trends, and forecasting potential challenges for supply chain leaders. One component of this position is the execution of tactical balancing between sites as a result of the monthly S&OP, ensuring that volume and operational load are distributed efficiently across the network. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement strategies that accelerate product flow, optimize site utilization, and improve overall operational costs to serve the demand. The other part is running Strategic scenarios as input for the annual Strategic planning meetings with Supply Chain and Operations leaders. Key Responsibilities: This is a hybrid position based in Oegstgeest. Effectively use the OMP tool to design, maintain, and validate outputs of optimization or simulation models for business decisions.
