ABOUT THE POSITION: As our studio continues to expand and the scope of our productions grows, we are looking for an Executive Producer to lead large-scale AAA projects across multiple Virtuos studios and disciplines. The Executive Producer is responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex game productions by aligning product vision, production execution, business objectives, and player expectations across teams, clients, and stakeholders. This role combines strategic leadership with strong operational execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced production leader with deep knowledge of AAA game development, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through ambitious creative and technical challenges. 1.
