As a Traffic Demand Modeler, you will lead and oversee the development of comprehensive traffic models for various projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability. What are the core responsibilities for the role? - Lead the development and implementation of travel demand models for transportation projects. - Experience with microsimulation and other traffic analysis techniques is a plus, but not required - Serve as a technical authority on travel modeling methodologies, tools, and best practices - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and planners to integrate modeling into project delivery - Manage modeling tasks, schedules, and deliverables from project initiation through completion - Present technical findings and recommendations to clients, stakeholders, and agencies - Review and ensure quality of modeling work through established QA/QC processes - Mentor and develop junior staff...
