Superintendent I and II SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking a Superintendent that will be responsible for providing coordination, planning, and supervision to assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service. VISA sponsorships are not offered for this position. 100% Travel is required with regular rotations home every 3 weeks for 5 days. Generoud travel package is added to base salary. Must have GC experience. Managing subs only is not desired. Commercial and Industrial backgrounds are preferred. Must be able to lead and develop Superintendents.
