Create your best future and join Westpac as a Manager, Transaction Monitoring & Analytics What’s the role?: As a Manager – Transaction Monitoring & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in enhancing Westpac’s financial crime detection capability through advanced analytics, modelling, and continuous optimisation of transaction monitoring (TM) systems. You’ll contribute to the development, validation, and uplift of TM models and detection rules, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective, risk‑based analytics solutions. This role blends hands‑on analytical work with collaboration and knowledge‑sharing, helping drive innovation, improve model performance, and strengthen financial crime outcomes. You’ll deliver outcomes safely by ensuring models are well‑governed and effective, make an impact by improving detection quality and efficiency, and own your contributions end‑to‑end within a highly collaborative team environment.
