An upcoming retirement has created a rare opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising and development strategy for Overlake Medical Center & Clinics during a period of significant growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this highly visible role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Key responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising and development strategy aligned with organizational goals. - Serve as a thought partner and liaison to the CEO, the Governing Board and the Foundation Board. - Lead, mentor and support the Foundation staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
