Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting for office roles (PMs, Estimators, Superintendents, Admin, Accounting). - Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Partner with hiring managers to fill positions quickly and effectively. - Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring decisions. - Promote Precision Walls as an employer of choice (ESOP, career growth, training programs). - Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in ATS.
