Job Title: Maintenance Manager Department: Management Reporting to: Plant Manager Location: Chatham Position Type: Full-Time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy Greenfield is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities at the Chatham plant by providing leadership and guidance to ensure department goals and objectives are met in the areas of Safety, Environmental, Production, Quality, Efficiency. This role develops strategies for effective implementation and continuous improvement for the department. The Maintenance Manager has full ownership, responsibility, and accountability for all activities within the Maintenance group. This includes the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facilities at the Chatham facility. The Maintenance Manager leads and directs the Planner/Scheduler, Maintenance Coordinator, Purchasing and Inventory Administrator, Millwrights, and I&E Technicians to achieve department objectives consistent with plant and corporate requirements.
