Business Controller – Finance Performance & Insights Do you have a sharp analytical mindset and a talent for turning complex financial data into decisions that move the business forward? As Business Controller at Systematic, you will help shape the business controlling capabilities of a fast-growing software company — at exactly the moment when we are building something new. The job: Working closely with our Finance Business Partners and the broader controlling team, you will provide the analytical foundation for sound business decisions across the organisation. Your work will span everything from variance analysis and trend identification to management reporting and budget processes, and your insights will directly influence how we steer Systematic forward.
