We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in our Ellsworth, PA location. Salary Range: up to $90,000: This role is responsible to develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and intervention for students . Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA services, supervision of staff development and facilitation of training for staff and caregivers , marketing and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in Merakey and the community at large. Actively participates on a multi-disciplinary team. - Conducts supervisory functions of training, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating performance of all assigned staff; such as but not limited to registered behavior technicians, behavior technicians - Develops and oversees all behavioral treatment programs to meet the varied needs of clients - Identifies individual needs for treatment using skill acquisition, assessments and functional behavior assessments. - Develops comprehensive, individual behavior tr...
