Site Origination and Acquisition Manager – EV Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Job description

Your mission: - Identify, originate, and develop high‑quality locations for public EV charging infrastructure for cars and trucks in line with the network expansion strategy - Conduct market and territory analyses to prioritize sites with strong long‑term potential - Perform early‑stage site assessments focusing on accessibility, visibility, traffic flows, and surrounding amenities - Support preliminary feasibility evaluations, including grid availability, layout constraints, and land ownership aspects - Lead commercial negotiations with landowners, partners, and municipalities - Coordinate closely with Legal teams to structure, finalize, and execute lease or acquisition agreements - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with site partners and landlords - Provide regular pipeline reporting and collaborate cross‑functionally with commercial, deployment, and operations teams Your profile: - A completed university degree in Economics, Management, or a comparable field - Experience or strong exposure to EV charging, energy infrastructure, real estate, or related industries - Solid understanding of lease and acquisition structures, long‑term site agreements, and negotiation process...
