As a Senior Quality Engineer – Conversational AI , you’ll be responsible for testing and validating chatbot solutions while helping shape and evolve our CAI quality engineering capability. You’ll work closely with product, engineering and AI teams to design automated chatbot tests, validate conversation flows, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
