Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions: Office Job Description: The PCBA Centre of Excellence is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to help build a resilient, cost-effective electronics supply chain. In this role, you will support AIG businesses by applying practical PCBA expertise across R&D, Operations, and Sourcing functions. You will play a key role in advancing company cost-out objectives through productivity improvements, supply chain risk assessments, design change facilitation, and implementation of PPI processes. Working cross-functionally across multiple businesses and divisions, you will develop and own a technical project portfolio and lead initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Locations: Brno, Czech Republic, and up to 30% travel between Thermo Fisher Scientific sites and suppliers in Germany, Netherlands and Czech Republic.
