What You’ll Be Doing: Operate plant equipment safely to support daily sand and gravel production. Monitor material flow and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery. Assist with cleanup, housekeeping, and safe worksite practices. Communicate operational updates and potential issues to the plant team. What We Are Looking For: Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy and processing equipment. Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety in an industrial environment. Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors. Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail and equipment performance. Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast‑paced production setting.
