Job Description: - Provide commercial and contractual support for multiple projects (including international projects), coordinating with clients, partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Support contract strategy, negotiations, and preparation of legally binding agreements in cooperation with sales and project teams. - Manage contractual risks, claims, bonds, guarantees, insurance, and flow‑down of key terms to suppliers and subcontractors. - Monitor budgets, payments, retentions, documentation, and contractual milestones, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. - Prepare and defend claims, draft fo...
