Now Hiring: Patient Services Representative / Medical Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Float between Eagan and Woodbury clinics and assist at nearby Eden Prairie as needed Be the welcoming face that sets the tone for a patient's entire experience at ADVENT. As a Part-time Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel supported and cared for from their very first visit through every step of their journey. What You’ll Do as a PSR: - Greet patients warmly and check them in using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system - Coordinate and order sleep study devices - Review upcoming schedules to confirm insurance and patient documentation are complete - Schedule appointments and manage patient flow for a smooth clinic experience - Answer incoming calls and provide overflow support to the call center as needed - Open and close the clinic following established protocols - Ensure proper documentation, process payments, and suppor...
