Job Summary: Responsible for assembling orders and preparing goods for shipment. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Prepares inventory for shipment. Properly bands and shrink wraps pallets and attaches shipping labels. - Ensures all shipments receive the proper labeling, postal charges, and are packaged to arrive safely. - Prints daily sales receipts and cross-checks the computer software to ensure accuracy. - Keeps management and supervisors aware of product shortages to maintain accurate information on the company website. - Assembles and fills boxes and other cartons with items that need to be shipped. - Prepares detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensures all items are packaged and shipped to company standards. - Tracks inventory and reports any shortages to sal...
