About the Role The Tier 1 IT Help Desk Specialist serves as the front line of technical support for our field and office teams. This role is critical to keeping our operations moving by providing fast, reliable support across IT systems, mobile devices, and core business applications like ServiceTitan. This is a HYBRID position- which can have office hours in either our PHOENIX location or our LAS VEGAS location. We will prioritize local candidates to those two markets. Relocation assistance is not available. You’ll be the first point of contact for employees needing help with technical issues—resolving common problems quickly and escalating more complex issues when needed.
