Description: Clinical Service Expectations: Your appointment will include the following responsibilities: o Serve as a surgeon in the Division of Cardiothoracic Surgery in the Department of Surgery, maintaining an active inpatient and outpatient practice at ESJH with a focus on robotic cardiac surgery, robotic CABG, and robotic mitral surgery.o Assume primary call coverage responsibilities for adult cardiac surgery with the section at ESJH and with Emory Healthcare.o Clinical responsibilities, assigned at the discretion of the Section Chief, Division Chief, or Department Chair:o Call coverage will be assigned as needed and no more frequent than one night in three.o Participate in ongoing efforts to provide outstanding clinical care; maintain and improve quality and patient safety; enhance access to and management of clinical trials; and develop and refine innovative strategies within the field of car...
