About the role: The Managed Services Senior Lead Analyst position within Client Experience is a full time, hybrid position with onsite hours on Tues, Wed and Thursday in the FIS Jacksonville office during core market hours of 8 am to 5 pm EST. The analyst performs day-to-day assessment of functional issues and fields inquiries by both external and internal clients related to multiple FIS platforms. This position supports Capital Markets and Banking. Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position About the team: The Client Experience team has extensive knowledge of products that constitute our FIS Solutions.
