Key Responsabilities Classroom Teaching Responsibilities (80%): Establish engaging, inquiry-driven classroom environments aligned with the IB philosophy and the school’s mission Plan and deliver transdisciplinary units within the PYP framework Model and promote the IB Learner Profile attributes Assess and respond to student progress using a range of strategies Prepare lessons, assessments, and reports aligned with IB and school requirements Use the learning management system effectively Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents Support students’ wellbeing and collaborate with Programme Heads and the School Counsellor when needed Team Responsibilities (15%): Collaborate in unit planning, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary projects Share resources, expertise, and best practices with colleagues Engage in professional development related to IB pedagogy and current educational trends School-wide Responsibilities (5%): Serve as a Homeroom Teacher: Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture Undertake cover lessons and supervision duties as required Attend meetings (staff, subject, interdisciplinary, homeroom) as scheduled Fulfil supervision du...
