Senior Director Public Policy - Federal Policy & Reimbursement

Job description

The Senior Director of Federal Policy and Reimbursement will be responsible for shaping, strategizing, and translating U.S. federal public and private payer policy to enable timely, appropriate patient access to Regeneron’s medicines. This leader will help drive cross-functional alignment on federal policy and reimbursement strategy and will partners with other functions throughout the organization including market access, commercial, HEOR, pricing, provider/patient advocacy, and field teams to ensure policy readiness at launch and throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, a typical day might include the following: Lead development of policy and reimbursement strategies that anticipate evolving regulatory and payer landscapes across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and integrated delivery systems. Translate complex policy changes (e.g., coverage criteria, coding/payment updates, inflationary policies, price negotiations, step therapy, prior authorization) into actionable business implications for brand teams.
