Provides documentation, supervision and educational services as appropriate. Provides clinical supervision (including evaluation & training and discipline up to and including termination) of social work staff within the department of psychiatry where appropriate. The ages of patients served spans the spectrum of the life cycle. Care will be directed at taking information from patients, answering questions from patients, visitors, etc. recognizing that every age group has unique developmental characteristics influencing the approach that should be utilized in dealing with these patients.
