Your tasks We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Digital Learning & Online Events Manager to join our team and help shape the educational landscape of the ISCC Academy . In this role, you will take ownership of developing, delivering, and continuously improving impactful and user-focused learning experiences for our global stakeholders. Your duties will be: Digital, Blended & Online Learning Ownership - Own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital, blended, and on-demand learning formats (concept, implementation, documentation, evaluation) - Develop and implement practical learning concepts suitable for professional adult learners in line with strategic priorities - Coordinate content creation with subject-matter experts, ensuring didactic clarity and feasibility - Direct the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous learning formats, ensuring consistent quality and learner experience - Proactively identify opportunities for scalability, standardisation, and continuous improvement - Manage and optimize LMS and related state of the art learning technologies and AI features Quality Assurance: - Act as quality gatekeeper for ISCC Academy’s offerings that comply with ISC...
