Job description

As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for leading employee benefits and market-based compensation programs across Europe. You will play a key role in benchmarking, incentive design, and the implementation of regional reward strategies. Working closely with HR, Finance, and external partners, you will directly contribute to shaping a competitive, transparent, and future-proof reward framework. Key Responsibilities: Lead benefits renewals and manage relationships with external vendors and brokers Support and enhance job architecture and job evaluation processes Conduct and lead salary benchmarking and in-depth pay analysis Support the development and execution of EU Pay Transparency initiatives, including: Pay equity analysis, HR stakeholder engagement and communication planning Support the design and governance of sales bonus and incentive programs Oversee broker master data, including cost structures and service models Set and manage merit budgets and provide market movement recommendations Lead the annual update of pay ranges across the organization Your Profile: You bring a strong analytical mindset combined with experience in compensation and benefits...
