Overview: This position operates select moderately complex machinery for production parts and basic fabrication tasks within assigned area under moderate supervision. Works with clearly defined, established instructions and support from the Unit Specialist or trainer. The position is responsible for set-up and operation of various manual/CNC machines, secondary machinery and polish equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Sets up and operates various machines and tools with moderate supervision while using required personal protective equipment (PPE) Tasks and equipment include: - Cylinder assembly test equipment - Saw equipment - Presetter - Bridgeport - Manual brake - Drill press - Solder equipment - Routinely produces and inspects production parts to a blueprint, operational note, and/or standard work instruction using proper inspectio...
