Position Mission: The Corporate Safety Manager is responsible for supporting Corporate HSE program and systems. The Corporate Safety Manager will support the Director of Safety in continuously promote and maintain a proactive, collaborative compliance culture in the company while maintaining efficiency, safety, and the wellbeing of our employees. Responsibilities: - Perform Quarterly site Safety Audit - Conduct Annual Hazard Assessments - Monthly review and analysis of loss runs and accident reports - Conduct weekly housekeeping assessments - Develop facility Job Safety Analysis - Ensure monthly safety meetings are completed - Ensure monthly safety meetings are held and minutes distributed. - Provide active leadership and support to implement safety initiatives and projects. - Promote a safety culture of compliance and commitment. - In alignment with corporate programs, assist sites with reviewing, developing, and implementing company safety procedures and standards. - Provide facilitation, consultation, and support to management teams on safety initiatives. - Assist in preparing the departmental budget, monitor spending, and direct the team in cost-effective operation - Perform jo...
