As an HVAC Retrofit Installation Lead Technician , you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington. At Barron, an HVAC Retrofit Installation Lead Technician will: An outstanding HVAC Retrofit Installation Lead Technician will have the following natural strengths & talents: - Support Barron’s AOR focused initiative to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Support scheduling, installation, and quality control best practices for Barron’s HVAC Retrofit Team - Provide guidance and leadership to the HVAC Retrofit team members - Utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement, striving to meet or exceed individual KPIs - Review project controls and commissioning requirements - Ensure that installations are 100% in compliance with all company, local, state, and federal codes - Assist in the development of HVAC Retrofit Technicians by providing training and mentoring - Lead HVAC Retrofit Tech...
