POSITION SUMMARY: As a CDL Transportation Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maximizing room revenue. Inside this role you will provide world class customer service by transporting guests to and from resort location safely and efficiently. This may include CDL and Non CDL vehicles. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Greet guests with promptness and courtesy, attending to their shuttle needs while providing exceptional customer service. - Complete a pre-trip checklist daily to ensure the safety and functionality of the shuttle. - Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience for guests. - Log into the shuttle app to efficiently manage shuttle operations. - Assist guests with any needs including luggage when needed. - Always operate shuttle in a safe manner maintaining all traffic rules and regulations. - ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED - Minimum Degree Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum Years of experience: 1-2 years commercial driving, guest driving preferred - Required Certificate(s) or License(s): Class A or B CDL With a Passenger Endorsement.
