Responsibilities and Initiatives: - Ensure safety and security of recuperative care facility. Conduct daily facility and equipment inspections. Conduct constant room checks throughout the day. - Perform guest intake responsibilities, ensuring that all guests are greeted and provided with a detailed orientation of program guidelines, when applicable. Develop rapport with guests and garner guest feedback. - Create, lead, and/or implement engagement activities with our guests, when applicable.
