Job description

Description Responsible for managing the ITL team and the department efforts to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Leads complex R&D projects related to incoming technology transfer, productization, new product introductions, yield improvement, cycle time reductions and other improvements. Engages directly with customers to guide Skorpios efforts specific to the project. - Leads various engineering and Operations organizations to meet milestones, resolve conflicts and align priorities, including cross-functional teams without formal authority. - Drive and manage the technology execution of projects. - Co-create with Customers and resolve Technical as well as Tactical issues. - Prepare and present Project Reviews to peers, Executives and Customers. - Define Objective Specification documents based on customer milestone requirements and develop integrated process modules to meet those Objective Specs. - Correlate output Device parameters to inline Fab measurements/metrics and processes. - Prepare Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control Methods to develop Macro Modules. - Consult and participate hands-on fab inspection for complex issues Competencies: · Influential, parti...
