Position Summary: The Assistant Director of Annual Giving plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and growth of The Rivers Fund and the Rivers School Conservatory Annual Fund during a critical period of campaign preparation, appeals and volunteer engagement. Essential Job Functions: - Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies to reach Annual Fund goals - Oversee the production schedule and workflow for all Annual Giving appeals to ensure projects stay on schedule and on deadline. - Assist and support the execution of day-to-day annual giving operations, including producing and drafting segmented mailings, email appeals, and digital campaigns. - Partner with the engagement team to recruit and support senior and alumni class agents, including volunteer recruitment, committee formation, and goal setting. - Manage the development of Mailchimp email campaigns, including building, editing, testing, and managing approval workflows. - Create volunteer resources, inc...
