Join the Home Health team as a Physical Therapist! You will enjoy the flexibility, variety, and autonomy that experienced professionals deserve. Primarily serving the St. Cloud and surrounding areas, you will work with patients of almost all ages, allowing you to build meaningful connections within your region. You will typically visit the homes of four to six patients per day, with the freedom to schedule appointments at times that work best for both you and your patients. Your responsibilities will include reviewing treatment orders and medical records, performing patient evaluations, and establishing and implementing customized treatment programs. Additionally, based on your experience, you may be entrusted with supervisory duties for students, Physical Therapist Assistants, or Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aides. Schedule: - Part-time | 48hours every two weeks | - Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. | 3 days a week - No nights, weekends, or holidays!
