Job Description Summary Responsible for leading associates in an engaged manner to achieve desired results in an assigned manufacturing area. Directly supervise day-to-day activities of area by coaching associates on a continuous improvement path in their daily manufacturing activities and efforts. Coach associates to be accountable for safety, quality, production, cost, housekeeping and overall policy adherence. Ensure that safety and quality standards are achieved while driving production performance to meet goals and schedules. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.
