This full-time permanent position is based at our logistics center in Ludwigslust. As a Business Analyst and Tech Solution Owner , you are responsible for the functional and technical development of assigned solutions and ensure they align with business requirements. You prepare the organization for system go-lives and new feature releases, conduct UAT with business owners and super users, and provide training and documentation to support effective process execution. In this role, you act as the main contact for Fenix Tech and external suppliers, manage license and maintenance costs, and collaborate closely with admins and super users to ensure strong system adoption. You also support change management and ensure a smooth transition of new solutions into business operations.
