About the role: You will support a Customer Information System (CIS) Modernization Project, a large‑scale, multi‑year transformation initiative focused on rebuilding core billing and customer‑facing systems across multiple operating companies. As a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst, you will support discovery efforts, respond to regulatory and legal inquiries, and help ensure that evolving system designs and processes align with regulatory, tariff, and legal requirements.
