Repair Technician Lead Department: GL6 Repair & Rework: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: SMC: Reporting To: Aaron Lemkau: Description: FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Repair Technician Lead . In this role, you will provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in a Smart Manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for overseeing high-level troubleshooting, researching component datasheets to distinguish operational characteristics, and guiding a team of technicians. As a Lead, you will display critical thinking and mentorship skills to drive quality and efficiency within the Department. The Repair Technician Lead will utilize complex equipment for troubleshooting and repair duties, including 3D X-Ray systems, Solder Pots, and Rework Stations, while providing essential technical support and oversight to the broader team.
