Ads Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) sits at the center of how we plan, measure, and operate that business. Role Summary: As an Associate on the BP&O team, you will help translate business strategy into actionable plans, metrics, and processes that improve how quickly and effectively the Ads organization executes.
