As the Lead Director of Human Resources Strategy for Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness HR team, you will partner to develop and execute on effective Human Resource initiatives that help drive the HR strategy for our Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness (PCW) team. Lead Director of PCW HR Strategy will serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the PCW Senior Vice President Human Resource Business Partner and her direct leadership team, who support the HR needs of over 200,000 CVS Health colleagues.
