Description Position Overview: Isleworth, a premier private community in Windermere, Florida, is seeking Full-Time Security Gate Officers to staff its primary access points. This position is gate-focused and requires officers to professionally manage resident, guest, vendor, and service access in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Gate Officers serve as the first point of contact for the community and must demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while standing in a confined gatehouse location for the duration of their shift. Starting Pay: $19.00/hour: Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week Meals Provided: Lunch or dinner Benefits: Eligible the first of the month following 30 days of employment (Medical, Dental, Vision, supplemental insurance, 401(k) with match, paid vacation and sick time) Essential Duties & Responsibilities: This is not a patrol -based position.
