Description POSITION TITLE: Commercial Tire Service Technician REPORTS TO: Service Manager: DEPARTMENT: Service: POSITION SUMMARY: Provides service and repair of commercial vehicle tires. Requirements: Essential Job Functions: - Provide Helpful, friendly, and timely service to customers with a We Can Do That - attitude. - Safely operate and properly maintain an automotive service truck. - Respond in a timely manner to customer service calls, diagnose issues, perform on-site repairs and/or replacements. - Determines whether tires are repairable and makes recommendations to customers. - Removes tires for retreading or repair. - Sell and perform other services on commercial vehicles such as brakes, suspension, axle work, oil and lubrication services. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results oriented team environment - Treats all teammates, customers, vendors with dignity and respect. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment
