Your Role Gensler’s Northwest HR Team is seeking a Regional Talent Coordinator to support both Talent Acquisition and Human Resources functions across the region. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and enjoys supporting meaningful processes from behind the scenes. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience while supporting recruiting operations and core HR programs. What You Will Do: Talent Acquisition Support: Create and manage job requisitions in Workday Recruiting. Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including phone, video, and onsite interviews—partnering closely with hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and Studio Coordinators. Support offer letter creation and assist with candidate communications to ensure a positive experience. Provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition team, including process improvement initiatives. Assist with applicant review, job postings, and EEO/Workday audits.
