Job description

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: - Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. - Define best practices for AI system design, model integration, and deployment. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and developers. - Drive adoption of AI frameworks, tools, and development standards. AI/ML Architecture: - Design scalable architectures for ML pipelines, GenAI applications, and AI platforms. - Build systems leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent-based AI workflows. - Define patterns for AI APIs, model orchestration, and enterprise AI integration. - Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, and reliability. Development Management: - Lead development teams through Agile development cycles. - Manage technical delivery, code quality, and architecture reviews. - Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
