Resource Coordinator

Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Project Management Office (PMO), the Resource Coordinator serves as the operational hub for all resource planning activities within the In-Service Support business unit. This role manages the Team Work Book as the authoritative source for staffing, availability, and allocation data, coordinates resourcing intake from Program Managers, and supports cross-team allocation needs. The Resource Coordinator also works closely with the People & Performance Manager and the Contracts Manager to support hiring and subcontracting pathways. In addition, this role consolidates former Project Management Administrator functions to create a single, reliable point of control for resourcing data and PMO/Projects administrative support—enabling the PMO Manager to focus on strategic oversight and leadership.
