Long Description The Compliance team plays an essential role in ensuring that Allegro's operations are in line with the applicable laws in Poland and Europe. The team is responsible for monitoring adherence to internal policies. One of the team's tasks is to identify significant legal acts at the national and European Union levels, translate legal text into the language of business and technology, and then implement necessary changes within the organization. Moreover, the Compliance team is crucial in creating and maintaining a positive company image. By enhancing its reputation, it helps to build trust among customers and business partners. Main Responsibilities: You will support all Allegro Group teams in compliance management through consultations and substantive support. Your key responsibilities include: Leading the implementation of legal acts across all Allegro entities, from initial impact analysis and project group formation to coordinating the entire process.
