The Vice President leader assists with the day-to-day leadership, management of operations staff and client relations and retention, as well as implementing and assisting with the management of short and long-range goals of the branch. This role serves as a performance-driven leader and mentor to the branch and will work closely with the Branch President and Community Director to develop and implement a variety of strategies to maximize profits while maintaining an exceptional level of service.
