Job Title : Painter Job Summary: Reporting to the P roduction S upervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance and adjust set-ups, calibrations, and alignments on production equipment , while assisting with operation and duties in production . Track various data associated with production equipment , r eport any inconsistencies , use standard repair procedures and call specialists when more serious problems occur. Responsibility : Experience as an industrial spray painter using conventional and/or air-assisted automated painting systems . Ability to read hazard signs, and signs regarding the use of protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves as well as product labels and paint codes. Ability to take readings on gauges, such as the gauges on electrostatic drying guns, and compare operational standards for the gauges. Interact with co-workers to coordinate work and discuss problems. Communicate with supervisors to receive or clarify schedules and to discuss changes in work orders.
