Business Development Representative Team: Sales - BDR - Location: Barcelona, Spain Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO. About the role: We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative, to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll prospect target accounts across multiple channels, while researching each prospect’s business model and challenges to craft highly personalised outreach. You’ll initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers, generate interest in Pacera’s solutions, and book high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team. You’ll also manage inbound leads, responding quickly and professionally to new enquiries and qualifying opportunities based on key criteria such as fit, needs, urgency, and budget.
