Job Description Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential: As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant production machinery, support equipment, building systems, and other site infrastructure to ensure optimal operating conditions and maximize plant productivity. You will also support equipment upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and other assigned maintenance or capital projects as required.
