Position Title Ambulatory Operations and Informatics Specialist Broadmoor Campus: Position Summary / Career Interest: The Ambulatory Informatics and Operations Specialist applies informatics knowledge and collaborates with Operational Leadership, end users of the electronic health record (EHR) Revenue Cycle, and IT staff to develop and drive adoption of standard workflows, assess usability and recommend optimizations. Serves as the informatics lead on small to medium ambulatory projects. Executes these projects by leading the operational and informatics workflow analysis, design, build, testing, communication, KPI development and escalation of barriers prior to an after go-live. Understands key operational goals and drives optimizations towards those goals. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions: - Leads small/medium department focused projects.
